Filmed classes in 20- and 30-blocks; podcast running, walking and stair workouts; and full classes like yoga in case you can’t make the live ones!
30:30 Happy Hours
30 minutes of working out followed by a remote happy hour. Grab a drink and socialize (after crunches)!
LIVE Weekend Bootcamps
From traditional total-body bootcamps to special requests (instructor choice, type of exercise, contest or challenge) from your workforce, we can keep the party going all weekend long!
30-45 minutes where we stop, eat a little something, and chat it up! We’d love to use this time to take you virtual grocery shopping or talk about nutrition hacks!
Custom Trail Mix
We curate walks and runs in your area to help keep your outdoor life fresh!
We develop a list of healthy takeout options in your area and offer tips on how to order your favorite thing from your favorite restaurant with a little twist to make it healthy!
